June 7th marked the official arrival of our Log home builders. After a bumpy and some what interesting, but amusing start, Joe, John, Scott, Jeff, Bob and Joe Jr., otherwise known as the JC Schultz & Sons Custom Log Home Builders, arrived to apply their skills of building our Log Home. This team really rocks when it comes to building, with a speed that far exceeded our expectations. Within a matter of days they had reached the top of the second floor, only to be halted by the need of the flat work completion to go any higher, and start the roof system. Man do these boys hustle! We were thrilled at the progress of the construction, as well as the quality of the Log structure.
